Is the Volant cold air intake for the 05 really good? i hear good things. and what would you say is better? ill take opinions but i prefer fact if you could.

 

yes only true "cold Air" intake.. all of the others inhale from under the hood not the fender

 

hey i know that you have a differant year truck then me but wasnt sure if you have had volant intake before. i have a 2000 5.4 f-1 that i have had 3 differant intakes on. my last being the volant. the craftsmanship is way better then the rest in my opinion. mine bolts in to place and takes air from the stock fender hole. i noticed a slight mpg gain and a little more pull in the upper rpm's. overall im glad i chose them and my next truck will have the same treatment.
