Unmerry Xmas

I have a 2005 KR, 2wd, 32,000. Now I've been a pretty happy camper up until now, but over the past few weeks I've noticed a strange sound from the rear left of engine compartment (sitting in drivers seat) upon start up and while driving. I know sounds are hard to diagnose over the internet, but its an annoying rattle right below the windshield on the outside. The sound sometimes increases in occurance for no apparant reason, whether the engine is hot or cold, but especially when cold. Then sometimes it will just stop for no apparant reason. Anyone experience similiar problems? Also, while I'm thinking about it, sometimes my power steering feels a little funny, the way a car would feel if it was loosing power steering fluid. I'm not leaking anything but at certain turning angles, I can almost feel a "rub" through the steering wheel any advice?

As far as the weird sound...check your intake. Mine had a weird knocking/vibrating noise that was apparent at lower speeds. It was the intake coming out of the fender wall.

Thanks, that's exactly what it was.
