Defective
Did you run into anything interesting problems? How did you handle the throttle body/intake setup? What did you find about your injectors?

The only problem is that my water pump pipe that goes to the heater core had an extra line coming off to haet the intake so I capped that off due to the 03 did not have that line because of it being plastic. I did not use the 03 intake or injectors due to it coming out of an F 250. The IAC sensor was different on the 03 intake so I cleaned mine and hope it doesnt go anytime soon. I had to change the oil pan and pickup tube on the 03 because the F 250 had a deeper pan but as far as the injectors i am going to research it more to see if they may work. I am now driving it and it seems to run like new but I will inform all if anything happens. I installed a set of Jet under drive pulleys a few months ago and had problems with my belt getting cut and noticed they are only 6 rib where as the truck calls for an 8 rib so I just used a 6 rib.

all the sensors for all mod motors are 99 percent the same. 2v, 3v, 4v all of them.

I'm trying to picture what your talking about here, but am not sure. Are you talking the tube that ran from the water pump across the top of the block, under the intake? I didn't notice anything different there on mine. But I guess I should be fine since I did use the 03 intake.

I did get it all back together last night, bending that transmission cooler line sucked big time. When I turned the key to start it, nothing happened. The key in the ignition was not a PATS key! All my PATs keys were at my house, my truck is at my parents. So, I'll see if it starts tonight I guess.
