I posted this in the 04+ up and got no reply. I installed my pulleys and at the end when I turned on my a/c it squealed horribely loud. Is this a symptom of a worn belt? It was pretty loose. I have been told to do a belt change, also that is another thing, I went to pepboys and they say that there is no belt for an 05 4.6 f150

 

Give a call to Troyer Performance, they sell different sizes of Gatorback belts for different pulley configurations. I ordered pulleys from 'em and they asked me questions regarding the belt size.
