I donot know, But is it posssible abody mount is loose or worn to when my truck goes through uneven driveways roads, speed bumps is causing the seam to twist and start leaking? Anyone encounter this problem ? or heard of something similar? Any ideas what will help me figure this out ? Thanks in adcance Pesk

SOunds like crappy replacement radiators. Remember, the radiator is basically held in by (4) rubber isolators. This is what helps dampen the vibration. I would try a different brand of replacement.

Wait is it the radiator that is leaking, or the overflow tank?

Have it pressure tested at operating temp. A blown head gasket will let combustion chamber gasses into the coolant system. There are also products that you can buy to test. There is a dye that you put in the coolant over flow tank to check.

Yup a busted head gasket or failing head bolts can cause combustion gases to get into the cooling system and ruin even a good radiator.
