Engine Swap

I'm swapping my '99 4.6l out of my truck for a '04 4.6l. Does anyone know if i will or may encounter problems. i'm swapping due to an excessive coolant leak. I have everything for the engine excluding a/c compressor, alternator, starter. I do have the computer for the new engine. Any suggestions would be helpful

Your 99 has coil pac ignition and the 04 has COP. You will also need the engine harness and you will need the schematics for the 99 and 04 just to make sure that the wiring harness coming from the instrument panel is compatible with the 04 PCM.
