I got in my truck yesterday and cranked it up and it was running real rough. It was shaking and it sounded as if it wasn't running on all cylinders.....so I went and got some injector cleaner and ran that through it and still nothing....I know it probably takes some time for that to work but I needed the truck then......so I unplugged the battery for about 15 mins and got back in the truck fired it up and everything worked fine.....I guess maybe I reset something.....??? Anyone have any clue as to what my problem may be....??

 

Well, if you want to check the injectors, go to a parts store and pick up a stethoscope or you can use a long screwdriver. Place the stethoscope, or screwdriver, against the injectors while idling. You should hear a ticking sound on each injector. If one or more of the injectors are silent, while idling, then it's bad.
