In my opinion, if you are just doing it for preventive maintenance, just pour a bottle of fuel injector cleaner into the gas tank. If you buy gas from no name places, pour a 3 dollar bottle in once a month. Also, make sure you regularly change your air and fuel filters.

You can expect prices to range from about $40 to over $150 based on where you go and the brand they use. Expect to pay about $90 for a good service with a good product. BG makes a great product, and mighty has just come out with a new product that works amazingly well. You can usually find the BG stuff at smaller retail places, like mom and pop auto stores. The in tank stuff is great for preventative maintenence, but it doesn't fully clean as a true 3 step process will. SOme people believe in that seafoam, but I don't really care for it. I use the mighty stuff at my shop, but I don't think you can go and buy it just anywhere, it may be a dealer only type thing for us shop owners. I would go for the BG if I were you, the only reason I don't use it in my shop is they won't let retailers be closer than like 5 miles from one another and there is a guy less than a mile from me that sells it and has for like 10 years.

the injectors you bought on e-bay were they new? and if so did you get it from an online store (some stores sell on e-bay). b/c if so i might beable to get them as well at that price.

Injectors

If you are interested in replacing your injectors for merely maintenance reasons then you will be happy with any stock replacement set. A balanced (i.e. all have same flow rate) stock set will give better peformance all around. Then there is just going to a higher flow than stock, again balanced are better. What you are doing/expecting with/from your truck should be your guide.

Good Luck
