Had a valve spring break (number 1 piston - passanger side). Replaced the spring but the engine runs rough. Believe that the valve is slightly bent so I need to replace it. Is there a good site or does someone have the steps involved in replacing the valve as I need to take off the intake manifold, exhaust manifold and obviously the head. The motor is a 4.2 L in a 2000 F-150 2 wheel drive. Also, is this the intake or exhaust valve? It is the very first valve (facing the motor from the front) on the head. Thanks!!!
