Well, you can take that up with Mike Troyer. He is the one that said I am about maxed out with those mods, and I believe him. The stock injector are good up to about 300-310HP at the CRANK.

This has been posted by Mike many times - on the 5.4, after those mods, a healthy engine and a spot-on high octane perf tune, it's time for some fuel system mods to keep the A/F's safe.

King - the fuel system upgrade 'package' deal from TP would be great, if you can swing it.

I switched to 24lbs injectors on Mike's recommendation and I don't regret it. At WOT it made a difference.

i heard these gen 3's are rated at 19 but will flow up to 22lbs. max flow. but for now im working on finding a aviator or mach 1 motor n using is as my "mod motor"

 

alright well my current mpg on last two full tanks of gas with agressive city driving im now gettin about 18.6 exact... but 18-19mpg in the city. driving it hard. so i gained about 2mpg just in city driving alone with this injectors swap!!
