Anyone get the Premier Maintenance Package?
When I bought my 2005 truck in June I got this package. I got 7 FREE oil changes 7 FREE tire rotations when I got this deal. It was only $5 bucks more a month.
I knew there was a catch. When I called and inquired about it with my salesman he called me back and told me that had to be over 5000 miles in order for Ford to cover it. That means I have to be at 5001.
Anyone else get the PMP when you bought your NEW truck?
On my old 2000 F-150 I had my oil changed around every 4,000 and had no problems.
Any problem with changing oil at every 5,000??
Anyone had any hassles with the dealer when u brought it in?

... I'm pretty **** about my truck and change with Mobil 1 5W-30 Full Synthetic every 3,000 miles using a Motorcraft oil filter.
If you are going to go 5,000 miles between oil changes, it depends on what type of oil they are using. If they are going to put in that new Motorcraft Full Synthetic then I would let them do it but if they are going to put in regular old Motorcraft then I'd probably just change it myself.
