99 F-150 4.6l...... Plugs - Help ??????

At 30K my brother installed , NGK-R TR6 V-Power plugs. Im at 115,000 and removed them and they look (Light Grey - Faint Orange) color and tips looks good. The drivers rear (#8) has dark crap all around the white porceline where it meets the socket head. I blew the holes out with air before removing them and these chunks of hard/brittle whatever came flying out. Is that carbon that has leaked through the plugs seam? Im doing the plugs and wires since ive recently noticed my engine cuts out ( Bucks )when giving it full throttle only . The wires look great and are really soft still. I hope that one of those is my mising issue.......

# 1, Should i stick with these plugs since i had good luck to this point?
# 2, Im installing Ford Racing 9mm blue wires ?
# 3, Was that just a bad plug where the chunks came from?
# 4, How long before coils or injectors should be touched?
# 5, What should my compression be at 115K.
# 6, I really need a BEER !!!!!!!!

I need to get the plugs tomarrow, so please be specific what you recommend .

Thanks for all the help guys.

I like the ford motorcraft platinum plugs. They are said to be 100,000 mile plugs and installed them in my old truck after 50k and made it run better. You may not even need to change the wires but doesnt hurt. I also had debris come out of my holes but you would be suprised a what all is in there. The plugs need to be changed regardless. Good luck though; it took me a good 3 hours on my old 4.6. I did my mom's 2001 honda last nite and only 25 minutes. Damn i like those 3.0 vortec engines. They are super fast. Good luck though. Oh i had little spot of oil in my rear plugs but nothing real bad. So i wouldnt worry about too much about debris in the back ones. Put the new ones in and see how it runs and then go from there.

If you are going to get plugs and wires anyways, you might want to take a look at the ignition upgrade kit from Troyer Performance. It comes with denso plugs, MSD coils and accel wires. I did it 1 1/2 years ago and it worked great.

Im not sure the exact mileage but I read the both the coils and wires wear out pretty well with high mileage like 75k or so.
