if it can run propane. I saw that the 5.4 had the option of being bi-fuel and was curious to find out if mine was capable.

Bi-fuel on cars and trucks today, mean it can run on gasoline or a 85% ethanol and gas mix.

What I have heard and read says there is a label inside the fuel filler door stating you can run E-85. Most Fords I have seen that can use E-85 have the green leaf on the front 1/4 panel also.

85 ethanol is very high octane. Kiss the "pings" goodbye. I haven't been able to find prices of this 85 mixture. Anyone find it or use it. If we could get all of our cars to run on it we could totally eliminate oil from the middle east provided mother nature gives the Gulf of Mexico a break. New cars in Brazil are mandated to run on it. If we mandated it farmers wouldn't be giving their land away to developers. I just don't know if it could be cost effective. Corn farmers would have the fancy rigs out west that the wheat farmers do.
