Need help quick!

Ok, I got everything sorted out. Here's what happened... just in case some one else has a similiar problem:
Went to the dealership with my VIN and they cut a "dummy" key for 13 bucks. It's not one of the electric keys, just a mechanical one that can unlock the doors. It was used as a pattern for the locksmith. Took the key to the locksmith and he cut me 2 electric keys and then drove to the location of my truck with a machine that programs the keys. Took about 15 minutes to program both of the keys and it was done. The locksmith charged 170 bucks for the keys, programming, and the driving. Better than paying a tow bill.
