Maintenance manual recommendations?

Looking for a maintenance manual for my 2000 Flareside with the 5.4 Triton. Is the Haynes manual worth getting or should I go with another? I just turned 90K and it's starting to run a little rough, and there's a buzzing from the top of the engine. I've heard the PCV valve could be the buzzing but I'm not sure where anything is on this motor so I was going to pick up a manual. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I believe the tranny service is due every 60K miles, along with the X-fer case.
The front and rear diffs are at 100K miles. The first tune-up isn't required till 100K miles, but I'd suggest going ahead and doing it. I changed the plugs on my 5.4 navigator at 80000 and they looked crappy. I'd also change the fuel filter and run a fuel injection service

The Haynes wont answer every question or go through every procedure. But for regular tune-up stuff and some other procedures it should cover you well.

Plus its only $12 or so, its not like you're spending the $50 or more you would spend on the Ford Service Manual (although that would be the best option).

Thanks for the replies.

Where would I get a factory repair manual? I clicked on the sponsored links below, but nobody had a repair manual for my truck. Is this something I can get from a dealer? I'm not looking to spend $80, but if I can find a used one somewhere I'd love to have the factory service manual. I'll take a look on ebay today when I get a chance.
