Testing 4.6 coil packs

I have done searches on this site and can't seem to find the information I am looking for.Is there a way with a Ohm meter to test both the primary and secondary windings of the coil packs on my 99 4.6? They are not the COP coils. If so what wire colors or pin numbers do you test and what are the specified resistance readings. I ask because I have developed a miss.

Look at it this way, if there is a code that tells you what cylinder is missing and you have changed the plug and wire and know the injector is good and not plugged; it is reasonable to assume the coil pack is at fault.
You would have to replace it in any event because it serves more than one cylinder..
