Angry Someone Please HELP!!

I have a 97 F150 4.6 4x4 I have about 160k miles on it, and it has run fine until about a week ago. It got a little hotter than it usually does. So, I went to put water in it, and I noticed that the water had oil in it. I checked the oil and the transmission fluid, and neither one of them have water in them. I did a flush and fill, and drove it around the subdivision, and then the check engine light came on. The parts store says that the code is for a misfire on cylinder 1. So far, I have put all new autolite plugs in with no improvement. I have moved wires and coil packs, without moving the problem. I did a compression test and that checked out fine. I am out of ideas. Someone please help!! thanks

I'm changing a water pump on my 1978 Ford tractor right now. I was surprised how much fluid there was in the block after I took the old pump off. At least on this tractor, just flushing the radiator does not get everything out.

Have your cooling system checked for combustion chamber gasses. There could be a leak that is allowing gasses, along with some engine oil, to enter the cooling system.

Where can you get something like that done and how much would it cost? TIA
