Diagnostic codes?

I scanned my 86 F150 and came up with a code of 44 (Thermactor Air System Failure), I can't find what this system consist of. Can any one tell me what to do?

desc: 86 F150
302 FI (not windsor)

Any help would be great.....

Thanks
Ben

From: Easton, Pa.
Facing the engine, on the lower left side is an air pump.
It has control valves associated with it, operated by the computer, to direct air to either the back of the heads or to the cat converter.
There are hoses involved with the control valves and air ducting.
On the back of the heads is a cross pipe with a special valve in place.

I just put in a new engine, when I did I removed all of that stuff. Most of the hoses and lines were broke or had holes in them. I engine runs ok, just gives me that error code each time I scan it. Guess there is nothing I can do about it. Thanks for the info.
