Engine block Heater

I just purchased a 97 F-250 HD 7.3L Powerstroke diesel and cannot find the engine block heater on it. Also I cannot find the power supply cord. Is this optional on this truck or was it standard? Also if it is not standard where can I get one. Any help is appreciated.

About 5 years ago I bought some 200 W clamp on style heaters. They are 2.25 by 3.75 inches and are held on by magnets. Handi Heat by Kat's Heaters (part number 1153). I use two of them on my gas tractor in the winter to keep the oil warm. If you are interested I will try and find where I bought them.
