spark plug question on a 5.4

hey guys

im gonna be putting spark plugs in my 1997 f150 within the next week or so what do you guys usuailly run in yours and had good luck with..i just brought this truck back in like april or so and changed the fuel filter on it today that was still orginal....its got 86,000 miles on it know.. the fuel filter needed changed it was spitting out black.....thinking of autolites what do you guys run??? thanks alan....

Just don't use Bosch Platinums, I have had to change my plugs twice, and this will be the third time. 1st time I use Bosch double tip plats, very bad idea, then I tried single tip bosch plats, gapped to SVT specs, better, but now they have gone bad as well.... I know other guys with these issues as well.
