Are you sure it's not warped rotors? Mine did the exact same thing you describe. It only did it during slow stops, I couldn't feel it during harder stops. I replaced the rotors and the problem was solved.

Probably the brakes. Does it shake if you coast to a stop or only when you use the brakes?

If the RPMs aren't jumping around or getting down low on the stop, then it might not be the engine. Of course when mine shook when I forgot to plug in a coil-pack... oops... the tach didn't move much and you wouldn't notice it easily.

okay heres an idea use the tranny to slow u down and u will know if its ur brakes or engine missfiring... if u doing about 50mph u can drop it into 2nd and idle speed will bring u down to about 20mph

i dont think it is the brake rotors because the shake continues for a few seconds after i stop,it is still at the dealer a second day, hopefully they will find something.

fuel filter? pump? plugs? Have you tried different brands of gas to see if that has any impact?

Glad they could find the cause! Sometimes they just send it back to ya and said they couldn't find anything wrong even though you know it's there.
