Installing electric fan(s)

I'm getting ready to install an electric fan on my 2000 5.4. It's a 16 inch fan with thermostat control, will this be big enough to suffice? I'm also intalling a BBK underdrive crank pulley as well as overdrive alternator and waterpump pulley's. My question is in doing this will I continue to route my serpentine belt the same way as original or do I bypass the pulley that originally was connected to the fan clutch assembly? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Also where may I find a Gatorback belt... the only local shop that sales them is owned by my sister's ex... and he's quoting me $75.00 that just sounds a little fishy. Anyway are there any online vendors?

GABoyinTroupCo.,
I have duel 16 inch Derale fans and quite often both come on at the same time and I am running a 4.6L so I don't know if one is enough.

The fan pulley also drives the waterpump so you can't bypass it.

Mike Troyer at Troyers performance is an online vender for Gatorback belts. The going price is between $35 and $45 so yes $75 is way too much to pay.
Check them out at Troyers here:

Good luck.
