any one dyno a stock 5.4 3V ???

any one know RW HP on the f-150 with a 5.4...?

I am probably going to be wrong but I believe it is around 218-220.

Interested as well as I don't feel like paying for a dyno.

Probably be around what Marc posted though. Will depend upon the dyno as well as conditions during dyno'ing too.

I posted for camparison to the dodge ram...I heard the 5.7 is arround 250 to 260 RW HP...Helped a co worker changed a flat on his Hemi today...And I noticed 2 things were I can say ford is better....Leaf springs and rear diff are a lot bigger on my ford f-150 I have 355 LTD slip....
