Talking What is the best air intake system?

Hello. I just got my license and I want my truck to have as much power as my dad's Corvette. I have a 1998 F-150 XLT. So, what is the best air intake system?

Hi.

Three posts from you and they all read the same - this is getting old... ;-))

Please learn to use the extensive SEARCH features to bootstrap yourself, then go ahead and ask questions. Thanks.

For what it's worth, the AF1 is the best for that platform. Go to the Chips & Programming forum and begin your search there for a LOT more info to back this up.

Looks like this:

Cheers!

If you want your truck to have as much power as a vette than you might as well forget about the intake right now and buy a supercharger and a tuner to start with, then lots of other stuff that I'm not even going to mention right now

I don't know what your dad has for a Vette but if it's anything nerwer even a supercharger and all sorts of extras aren't going to do the trick. The thing to do is set your sights a little lower.

I have the Air Force 1 on my truck and I like it very much.
