I Have An 02 Super Crew With A 4.6l V8. I Recently Got A Service Engine Soon Indicator Light. The Local Auto Parts Store Read The Code As Egr Flow Sensor A Circuit Low Input. I Took It To The Dealer Who Diagnosed A Bad Dpfe Sensor. They Replaced It. All The Manuals Show A Modular Device Mounted On 2 Bolts At The Throtle Body With A Wired Plug And Two Hoses. The New Device Is No Longer Mounted On The Throttle Body It Is Connected To Two Short Rubber Hoses From The Egr Tube With The Wire Plug Connected To It. It Has The Word Fomoco With The Numbers 9j460 On It. Does Anyone Know If This Is An Acceptable Replacment?
