changing orig. plugs, which to get?

Hey guys what kind of plugs would be best for my 99 4.6L truck. I was
thinking about sticking with the original plugs from ford, are they autolites? advance carries bosch's, autolites and champions, none of which i am a big fan about other than the autolites. thanks...

Id go with the Autolites, or Motorcraft. I have a set of Autolite Double Platinum's in my 99 4.6 and havent had a problem with them at all.

Ive heard these Fords dont really like Boshs and Champions.

Stick with the Motorcraft or Autolite plug. Double Platinums. You won't be sorry.

Stay away from Champion. Not a good Ford plug.

I agree, stick with Autolite or Motorcraft.
Champions are really bad in these engines, and Bosch are hit or miss (hear lots of bad stories, hear lots of good stories...)

I would stick with Motorcraft platinum OEM plugs. They are the ones that were designed for the motor. I have had good luck with them.

Use Motorcraft plugs. You can get them for about half the price by doing a search on Ebay for: hillisbestdeals. I recently bought a set of 8 plat plugs from him for $24.00. Dealer charges about $6.00 each. You do the math...
