Help !! Running Rough

After putting gas in my truck today, It immediately started running very rough. This was the first gas I had put in since giving it a seafoam treatment. I only added about 6 gallons to the tank when the low fuel light came on. It feels like the truck is running with the brake booster vacuum line disconnnected, but I checked all of the vacuum lines and they are all secure.
Could the seafoam have shaken something loose? It has run fine for the whole tank and ran great right up to the pump. A bad batch of gas maybe?
Any help on where to start looking would be appreciated.

Seafoam may have broken some carbon loose. May have gotten stuck in the EGR valve and it's stuck in the open position. This happens to my old S10 Blazer every now and then. A light tap on the side of the EGR valve usually breaks the peice up and it goes on through allowing the EGR valve to close again. Give it a try...

I replace the intake sensor 4 days ago, and drove for about 4 miles and the problem stopped. Truck running great again.

Today on the way home, same problem starts up and the check engine light comes on.
I figure it is an intermittent coil pack problem with #8 so I head to Advance to have them read it.
This time I get misfire detedcted on #7, not #8 like last time.
Now I am thouroghly confused.
Anyone got any ideas????
I never touched the #8 last time and the problem went away and
came back in #7, What systems do #7 and # 8 share that could cause
the same problem in both, but only intermitttently? OR am I eating coil packs?
