A couple months ago on my 97' VW Jetta 2.0 I started getting a CEL. I hooked up my laptop and found some O2 sensor related codes(dont remember off hand). Well, the car had about 170,000 miles so I just replaced both O2 sensors. That seemed to fix the problem, so I thought.
Just the other day my wife told me the CEL was back on--so I looked into it. Its now showing a "H/P0133/HO2S circuit bank 1 sensor 1 slow response". I dont remember if this was the same code as before but it sounds like it. The sensors I put in were Bosch sensors and I dont want to believe they are bad already. And yes, I was very careful installing them.

Can someone lead me in the right direction?
