help help

ok I got my truck fixed from the other prolbem I was have
as i was coming home from work tonight the truck started to lose power asi was on the highway I pulled off the road and it dead I waited a little bit and started it
it started up but it was running like **** I got it home but on the way home it was making a poping sound from the enigne and had a lot of lose of power I was wanting to know if it could be the header gasket that blown
or what could it be
HELPPPPPPP!!!!

a blown header gasket(you have headers on a 460?) will not result in power loss as you describe.. just undue noise...after the other problems..hmmm where is it "popping" from? intake or exhaust...i still suspect something in the timing...check your timing and disconnect the "spout" before you do...zap!

I bought the truck with the headers on it
the timing was just set a day ago
my brother thinks that I need a new timing chain

the popping is coming from the exhaust

the truck drive but it is very very sluggish

help
