Oil Pressure on cam chain tensioner

I was wondering if any of you guys had run into this problem I'm having with the passenger side tensioner not working right. I have a 98 4.6L with 193,000 miles and noticed some chaind slapping noises. I replaced the timing chains and of course everything under there and it ran great for a day or two. Now that they chains have stretched a little the slapping noise is back. It only sounds on the passenger side. My oil pressure seems to be okay. Any help on what to check and how to check it without tearing it all down again?

The ports in the cam ladders feed the chain tensioners, they may be clogged. How'd the old tensioners and guides look?

The old tensioners and guides actually looked pretty good.
