Another sparkplug question

With all the plug blow out problems I want to properly torque my plugs. I have read up on the sunbject and found that I have to use multiple extensions etc. to remove certain plugs. When useing a extension don't you have to adjust the amount of torque? Can't remember but I read a chart for it once. I beleive you must add more torque for differnt lengths of extensions? Thanks guys

In theory, yes, you would add more torque, but since we are only dealing with a small amount anyway it is not worth it. Most people just snug the plugs by feel. I think the most important thing is to snug them, loosen them, snug them again, loosen once more and then tighten the final time. this makes sure there is nothing under the seat and to make sure the seat seals.
