Want to replace my plugs in my 2004 Lariat.

Has anyone replaced their plugs with aftermarket plugs? I have always used Bosch.

Plugs

For the most part the guys stay with the factory Motorcraft plugs. Those that have tried other brands usually have problems. The Lightening owners use a plug other than Motorcraft with success but they are bout the only exception. Do a search of the boards and you will find the info.

Do you have the 5.4 or 4.6? If you have the 5.4, you will have a very limited selection. Ford designed some "special" plugs for the 5.4. They say it increased the power or something along those lines. IMHO, they just did it so they could get your $$$$. I have always used aftermarket plugs. I currently have some NGK Iridiums in it.
