Bosch & K&N oil filters

Has anyone used these filters? About to do my 1st oil change, just wondered if these are good filters or should I just stick with stock!

Bosch and K&N are both very good manufacturers of filters! I have used the K&N with no problems.

K&N allows more flow and Mobil 1 has a smaller micron filter. I mostly use the Mobil 1. I've never used Bosch. Fram double guard uses teflon (not good). A good third choice is Purolator Pure1. Otherwise stick with OEM if you want to save money.

The Motorcraft filter is a very good filter to begin with, personally I stick with it.

GoRacer is absolutely correct.

I run K&N.
They offer great performance and flow, but are a little pricey. PureOne filters offer great performance for the price if you want another good alternative.

AJUSA sells K&N oil filters for like $8.50 each.

Haven't any of you read the oil filter study? Motorcraft filters are probably the best bang for the buck. If you want to spend more, then go with the PureOne. I had a K&N fail on me so I don't trust them.
