5.4 diesel
i just bought a new 05 f150 fx 4 super crew, 5.4l. my engine soounds like i have a 6.0l in it.it makes the wrost sound . my dealer says the ford engineers are working on a fix and there is nothing they can do right now , does any one else have this problem
...watch out though....the cast of charactors here are a handfull..but you'll like us...honest!...zap!

10th post down by SAJEFFC, looks like it is usually the camshaft phaser/s and there is a fix.. you just have to find a dealer with some brains.
