My 1993 Ford has two fuel tanks. I can fill both tanks up and run on the number one tank. Somehow the number two tank seems to loose fuel but there are no fuel leaks. Is it possible for the fuel to be transfered from the number 2 tank to the number 1 tank??

Yep. A fairly common problem have to do with a certain check valve. I haven't had this problem myself but read about it on some older forum messages on this site while looking for info about a simular tank switching problem on my 88. Use the search function with key words like "fuel", "duel tanks", "selector", ect...
