What Size wrench do I need to pull the EGR pipe off the EGR Valve. I dont have one big enough and I didnt want to spend alot of money on trial and error.

It's an 1-1/4". I just had mine off last week while cleaning the IAC & TB.

I found a relatively inexpensive 1 1/2 inch adjustable wrench the best bet for these over sized jobs.

Might want to put some anti-seize compound on the threads when you put the pipe back on. It makes taking the pipe back off a snap if you ever have to do it again.
