How much power can the stock tranny handle

OK, I got some mods I want to do but Im wondering if the stock tranny can handle them, or about what the HP limit is for the tranny.
Mods Im thinking are-
-pulleys
-chip
-efans
-cams
-ported and polished heads possibly
-ported TB and intake elbow
-maybe headers
-??something that gives me more power and isnt to radiacal??

and I already have exhaust and moded the stock intake pretty good.

So should that tranny be able to handle that?

If not, are there any things I can to do the tranny(shift kit, some good fluid etc), or do I just need to drop in a new tranny?
I cant remember for sure but I think I remember seeing a tranny cooler up front.

Also, I dont even know what model tranny I have. So if someone has an idea and could let me know, well..., let me know

Its a 99 4.6 liter auto Lariat

Thanks
