Torque spec. for 5.4 intake bolts?

Torque spec. for 5.4 intake bolts?

If anyone has this information it would be much appreciated if you posted it up. Also, if anyone has the correct pattern for torqueing them down let me know..

The intake is torqued down in two sequences in a standard criss/cross pattern starting from the center going left and right and continuing from center to front and back. first step 18 inch/pounds second step 89 inch/pounds.
