Hello all..Well I am new here and need of some advise on what to do.It all started as a exaust leak then a pluged cat and now there is now power or any rpm's . When not in gere i can floor it and maby gain 100 extra rpm's . All mechanical parts are ok i am thinking it could be a sensor of some sort does any body have a idea on whats going on??

Has the exhaust faults been cleared?
If your sure they have, then there must be a CEL light on.
What are the codes?
We need some more info to get a sense of direction on your problem.

Sounds like you may have a fueling problem. Does it cough and sputter when you floor it or just raise up gentle and back down. The point of that statement was to figure out if it is trying to rev and can't because there is a fueling or exhaust problem or if it is just not really trying. It makes a huge difference as to where to start looking. If it is not trying to rev then I would start looking at the TPS but if it is but just can't (for whatever reason) then start with the basics (fuel, spark etc.) Try and give us some more info so we can try to ask the right questions.

This is what it does at this time. If at a idel and i give it alittle gas(just a tap) no change,if i give it half throttle no change,if i mat it to floor slight gain in rpm's and if it was in gear floored it would not move just make noise like it was pluged (exaust) . It just wont give any rpm's at all is there a way to check the tps sensor?? or a by-pass ??

OH I forgot , it does cough and sputter when i floor it then stumbles going back to a idel then it will regain its composure to a steady idel, once it died at a idel thats when it was hot from pluged cat,but for the most part it idels perfectly now.

Opinion just based on what your saying.
I think there is a problem at the throttle body.
Since there is no CEL lamp, if the throttle is not opening, the computer still sees no problem and assumes the engine is still at most a high idle with no other problems.
If the exhaust were still blocked, then egine would hardly rev up but the problem would still be detected as a fault by cat/sensor system operation.
I think the problem is not as misterious as it seems .
Get under the hood, remove the cover, air tube, and have a look at what is happening in the throttle bore and make sure the TPS is rotating with the throttle shaft as the throttle is being operated from inside the cab.
If the TPS is faulty, the computer monitors this and would detect it as a fault and light the CEL lamp.
Let us know.

ok I looked inside the throtle bores and the butterfly flaps were operating properly. There is a little black plug on the right side of the throtle body with three wires. I touched it and got it to rev one time. Is this the TPS? At full throtle it dose backfire inside the tube towards the air cleaner. It dose not do this at a idel. Is there a way to clean this out ?I noticed that now i gained more rpm's not alot but more than it was..Thank you so much for your help!!!!!

Yeah I think that is probably the TPS sensor or it maybe the IAC. If it is attached to the throttle linkage it is the TPS (throttle position sensor). Sounds like that is your problem.
