Does anybody know for sure if Ford released new torque specs when they came out with the redesigned multi-layered head gasket? Should I just use the old specs printed in my Factory Shop Manual? If so I would appreciate it if somebody could post the new specs up. Thanks

Sorry I should have given you more info. 2000 MY 5.4. Are the specs different for a 4.6? Thanks for your effort.

Are you saying they are the same for the 5.4 and 4.6 or are you saying they are the same for the redesigned gasket as the old gasket?

 

same for new and old...

 

i jut remembered i have some ford DVD's dad got me from 1995 to 2001 model trucks has all the TSB's and recalls all the stuff the delaers are sent from ford for updates...
