Local grease monkey shop informed me that the front end on mine was buggerd beyond repair, but the the filter looked new. I told them to put it back together and leave it alone. Nest time it's a trip to the stealership to have a new fuel line installed from the fitler forward. It copuld have been worse though! On the bright side hte local dealership seems pretty decent to work with, they hooked me up with the CC recall too.

Thats why he needs the Johngs 2000 fuel filter removal tool ...

The "Johngs 2000" replaces all these tools with its "Weld on, Weld off" technology. Frozen bolt, no problem! Stuck fuel filters? Its outta there!

GIT-ER-DONE!

We have a 5-pound rubber mallet in my garage that we call the "Ford Wrench." I've used it in just about every parts installation I've ever done on my truck... If all else fails, whack away with the Ford Wrench!
