rattling noise...need help

rattling noise...need help

Hi, I own a 2003 f150 w/ a 4.6L. I live in Ontario Can. and as you know it gets really cold in the winter.....everytime the temp. is below zero and I go to start the truck after its been sitting and cold the truck makes a noise, a noise thats similar to what playing card sounds like in a bike spoke.........any idea what it is?????? dealership cant find the problem, they've replaced a whole whack of things and now are out of ideas.........

please help.............

Try to track down the source of the noise with a stethoscope. Sounds like a COP arcing, or a bearing tick from one of the pulleys.

well they've repalced the alternator, power steering pump, fan clutch, none of these were the problem......I've also got the updated starter put on it.......noise still there......

please help

ever thought of gettin and engine block warmer or atleastusing the one the truck comes with? so that ur dont have all these cold start issues
