Unhappy '99 5.4 Oil Leak again

My '99 F-150 is leaking oil at the pass. side head gasket again. I'm on my 2nd set of head gaskets at 120,000 miles.

I don't really want to buy a new truck right now but I want to fix the oil leak.
What are some of my options on this, was there ever a permenant fix for this?
I thougt about buying a new / rebuilt engine and dropping it in.

I'd like to hear some of your opinions/experiences with this, or what some of my options are.

Where can a good rebuilt or new engine be found? Ford dealer only??

Thanks,
JDBob

After my leak was fixed at 30k miles it started leaking again at 50k miles. I think the the heads are pitted and should have been replaced. I am living with a slight leak right now hoping it does not get worse. It does not need topped of between oil changes or drip on the ground. If your's dosen't drip on the ground then you could live with it.

My 97 5.4 leaked after I had it rebulit by a certiefied mechanic/
I put a light on the inside and found a bubbles coming out the head.
I have a van so the rear of the engine is visible from the motor housing side.
I tried running nothing but syntec until a impact cracked the block.
I believe it is a design flaw. The triton heads are the ultimate head BUT when you mate aluminum with steel things happen.
I think the aluminum will flex and the steel will not.
Try some stop leak I have heard it will help.
