Angry Rough Running

I have a 2001 F-150 Supercrew. Love it. Beautiful. The day after a snow the engine started to miss, or at least that's how it felt. Not rough idle but rough running. It reminded me of a Dodge that I had the same symptoms. It had a kinked fuel line. It's like ridding over bumps. I changed plugs and check wires and settings. Now it has occasional rough idle and is worst driving. During on to the floor acceleration, the engine does not miss. But in normal driving it does continually. Any ideas or similar situations. It like a family member down with the flu. Thanks

hey, just went throught the same thing, but mine did it all the time. more when it rained though. I had one bad coil #5, and one bad boot, #1 coil. Replaced them and still does but not as bad. maybe i still have a bad coil?? somewhere. So maybe thats what you might have a bad coil or 2. the mechanic sprayed water on my coils and found my problem. ( sounds like a backyard mechanic huh?) but that nice big expensive computer wouldnt pick it up without some help. hope this jibberish helps!!! but i'd try the coils and see what you come up with. good luck
