so i have a 94 f-150 and i was wondering what can i do to get the most out of it (hp, but mostly tourque wise)..i plan on gettin bigger tires with lower gearing..but i want to push as many ponies out of those 6 cylinders...anyway..i mean i know..intake/exhaust..and even some headers...what arr my other options...

 

I would spend some time in the Pre-1997 section. Is Clifford Performance still around? They used to be a big 6 cylinder performance joint. Maybe a search using 300 or 4.9L as the topic will pull some posts/threads that will point you in the right direction. If you opt for nitrous, be careful. Good luck in your quest.
