Crankshaft sensor problems

Good afternoon. Pick some brains. I have a 2000 f150, last month while driving down the highway is started to act link the trans was slipping. Had the Trans checked out, everything was good but, gave code of p0320. Auto part store told me was crankshaft sensor. Replaced the sensor worked good for about 40 days, then started agian. Dealership say the computer detects no problems, but I know something is happened. Any clues?

Code p0320 is not a crank trigger code. This code indicates that two or more sucessive ignition events failed, bad secondary coil boots or bad coils or possably even plugs. coils or boots would be my guess also check conections at coils and other items. changing the pickup was probly coincidental unless you have a bad conection around where you were working .

still not working

well after the dealer telling me nothing is wrong with my truck, something is still making it cut out. I've put a new fuel filter and some fuel cleaner in my gas, still cutting out. This truck has a no rotor and I'm not sure where the coil might be. I need some help, any suggestions and how to check them would be great. Thanks
