Switching Engines HELP

I know this is 150 forum, but I didn't know where else to go. I have a 94 escort that is a total. A friend bought a 94 escort with the same size engine, But Gone. He wants me to put the 95 engine in the 94 car. Is ther a forum that I can go to that will help me out on this. You know the deal problems I will encounter and how much to charge. will the computers be the same?
Anything that will be of HELP to me

Thanks In advance Larry

Larry, the engines are the same. Use the manifolds and electronics off the car that the engine is going into. All sensors and any adapters. You should have the 1.9L four cylinder. That motor changed in 99 or 2000 to a 2.0 liter engine with a different cylinder head design with additional intake runners. Yours is old enough that you don't have to worry between one model year.

Robbie

P.S. let me know how it goes.
