I am thinking about putting some exhaust on. I have a 99 150 4x4 with a 5.4. I have read alot of threads that seem to say exhaust won't do anything but make it louder.

So are there any brands/types of exhaust that will make more power or increase mileage? If not what is the best kind for a better sound?
