bucking problem

bucking problem

hello i'm just new to this site and was looking for some help.my trouble is with my 1992 f150 4x4.it has a 302 and it idles rough,when you drive down the road it works fine until it shifts into 4th gear then it starts to buck like it has a bad spark plug or it isn't getting enough gas,but if you give it more gas the bucking goes away ,it has a automatic tranny with over drive any help it appreciated .thank you from shelburne ford

Have you solved your problem yet? I have been playing with a vehicle doing the same thing when it shifts into overdrive but have no engine codes. It's a 89 f-150 with a 302. It bucks and jerk when i decelerate and runs smooth when I step on the gas.

Was going to check the vacum for leaks and ignition system when I had time.
