5 Litre W to 5.7 Litre W ?
Can a 5Lt Injected Wiindsor be changed to a 5.7Lt Injected Windsor with the change of a crank and heads? as with the Cleavlands?

No - the block is taller on the 5.7 (351 ci) than it is on the 5.0 (302 ci).

ford has never even made a 5.7, there's a 5.0-302ci, and a 5.8-351ci, if it was a 5.7, it would make it a 350 ci
